The name Rukkou is a phonetic resemblance to Chinese word "Entrance". We believe that programming as a skill is vital to the success of our future generations. It just took us a hundred years to be as technologically advanced as today. Every decade we are seeing new breakthroughs. AI Robotics, Space Exploration, Electric Cars, Self-Checkout, Autonomous Driving, mRNA Vaccine and the list is growing around the clock. None of which would be possible without programming.
It is almost a part of our life and it would inevitably become our life. Our civilization is incredible. In the past we operated tools with our hands, but there is a limit to our body of flesh, so we invent machines and adopt AI to serve as our physical extensions. But still, human beings are the brains of these extensions. We need our future generation to master this skill in order to develop a better environment, to go on interplanetary travels, and to preserve our civilization.
In order to contribute to this great course, we are determined to research and invest in it. We want programming trainings and education to be more accessible and friendly so that every average person, every child, even when they are underprivileged, can also enjoy and learn programming. For a very long time, it has been either branded as a subject of study in universities, or painted as a very academic subject; but it is not. We want to break down that barrier. No fancy hardware is required. No costly tuition is required.
We operate in Kanata, a nice suburb near Ottawa, the capital city of Canada. Our main service is developing modern software products for parents and educational institutions. We also offer IT infrastructure and software architectural design consulting services to the retail and financial technology sectors.
